By accessing or using the Saman Distributors LLC website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for business-to-business transactions with convenience stores, gas stations, and retail establishments. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business.

Services Provided

Saman Distributors LLC provides wholesale distribution services for premium snack products, including:

  • Product sales and delivery to retail locations
  • Inventory management consultation
  • In-person stocking services
  • Product selection and recommendations

Orders and Pricing

Order Process

  • Orders may be placed through our website, phone, or in-person with our sales representatives
  • All orders are subject to product availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, check, and credit card payments processed through Stripe
  • For online orders, payment must be completed before delivery is scheduled
  • Returned checks may incur additional fees and future orders may require cash payment

No Minimum Orders

We do not require minimum order amounts and work with businesses of all sizes.

Delivery

Service Area

We currently provide delivery services throughout Texas, with primary focus on Houston and Dallas metropolitan areas. Service may expand to additional states.

Delivery Schedule

  • Operating hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 AM – 5 PM CST
  • Standard delivery: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
  • No delivery fees apply to orders
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Delivery Requirements

  • A representative of the retail location must be present to receive delivery
  • Products will be counted and verified at time of delivery
  • Receipt must be signed to confirm delivery and acceptance

Product Quality and Expiration

We guarantee the quality of all products at time of delivery. Products are sold with manufacturer expiration dates clearly marked. We do not sell expired products.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Saman Distributors LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Saman Distributors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saman Distributors LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Venue

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, where our principal place of business is located.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saman Distributors LLC regarding our services.
